Ordering Information
Normal lead times are 5-7 days after receipt of the order.
Rush Orders: There will be a 25% rush charge added to the total order on orders that require faster than normal lead times when machines are at full capacity.
Order Cancellation: All orders will be charged the full amount if production has already been started. If production has not been started, there will be no charge to the customer.
Boxing and Shipping: Small shipments that will ship via UPS or FedEx will be charged $10.00 for boxing and packaging. Our larger shipments that require wood crates will most likely be on an A FRAME pallet to provide safer delivery. All larger shipment will go FedEx Freight unless told different.
Damaged Shipments: All orders that are accepted by the customer from the carrier assume responsibility and must make the claim with the carrier. All damaged goods must be reported with in twenty-four hours of being received.
Payment Information: Cash or check is accepted. Payment terms are NET 30 days on established credit; C.O.D. on all other orders. After 30 days there will be a 1.5% finance charge per month. After 60 days all accounts will be automatically be returned to C.O.D. we will not ship, deliver or take orders from customers over 60 days past due.

Our Glass Types, Descriptions and Edges are as Follows.
Jade/clear – Standard clear glass with the green tint. Available in 1/8”, ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾” and 1”.
Starphire – Crystal clear through the surface and will have a baby blue tint on the edge. The thicker and bigger Starphire gets, the more color it will have on the edge. Available in ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾” and 1”.
Grey – Dark almost black. Grey glass gets darker the thicker it gets. Also referred to as smoked glass. Available in ¼”, 3/8”, and ½”.
Bronze – Copper/brown tint. Available in ¼”, 3/8”, and ½”.
Flat Polish – Has an arris on the front and back about 1/8” wide. The front arris on our flat polished edge is about twice as wide as our competitors.
Pencil Polish – Has a rounded edge like a semi-circle.
Chamfer – depending on thickness, the top arris is about half of a 45-degree miter. Half way between a flat polish and a 45-degree miter.
45-Degree-Miter – This is a full 45-degree miter, very little remaining left on the edge.
Ogee – Rounded stairstep, sometimes called a waterfall edge. Only available in ½”, ¾” and 1”.
Ogee Bevel – 1 1/2” bevel with an ogee edge.
Bark Edge – Sometimes referred to as an ice, hammered or chiseled edge. Available in ½”, ¾” & 1”.
Barked Bevel – 1 ½” bevel with a barked edge.
90 Degree Bullnose – Only available in ¾” and 1”.
180 Degree Bullnose – Only available in ¾” and 1”.
